Users should be aware that The Bridge provides facilities for both secular and religious activities.
We have a clear understanding of the boundaries between the two.
Enquiries about the beliefs and activities of Solihull Christian Fellowship are always welcomed but they are never intrusive.
Charitable Values
SCF is a registered charity.
The charity’s objectives as contained in our constitution, and approved by the Charity Commission, are summarised below :
- The advancement of the Christian faith and the worship of God in the UK and around the world;
- The relief of persons who are in need, hardship or distress or who are aged or sick;
- To promote the development of children and young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential;
- To promote public education in matters concerning marriage, parenting, family life and relationships.
Who we Hire to
As a church with a heart to be involved with the community we run many activities from our building.
Provided the rooms are available, we will hire rooms to organisations that align with our values including:
- Local authorities
- Various charities
- The voluntary sector
- Other churches
Private hire is not usually available.
